How we got here in the first place

Today - 29th July 2004 marks the day that Alan Bayley began his relationship with Blogger.

Well I finally get to talk to the Blogger.

As a stunt kite flyer for many years it came to pass that I was destined to head into power kiting, because I had smaller kites 3 feet, 5 feet & 6 feet that I just kept stacking together, to get them higher, faster MORE POWER.

So when a power kite called an Ngen from Peter Lynn from Ashburton New Zealand came on the scene - I was hooked. I bought a 2.2 metre - WOW what power, then I needed a KiteBuggy.

Oh huh! underpowered, now I need a 3.5 metre Ngen. This was the ultimate kite heaps of power I could be dragged up the beach at great speeds.
